"The idea of starting the school came to me when I came across many parents who could not get admission
for their children into good English medium schools, as there were only about three good schools in Ranchi.
Therefore, I discussed it with Mrs. Sylvia Francis and the school started functioning on 8th March 1971.
The school had a humble beginning with just two students in a rented house. With the our sincere efforts
and the hard labour of Madam Francis, the school slowly grew into an institution of learning, and thus
the school started doing well in the years that followed."
